So how does it work?

Pay as You Go

A Darsky Creative support plan costs you nothing until you use it. There are no signup fees or recurring charges. You simply pay for what you need, when you need it.

Start with a simple request

When you have an active support plan, the process begins simply by submitting a request to us to work on your website. Then your dedicated support professional will contact you to officially start a verification and approval process before beginning the work. After the scope of work has been defined and approved by you (the business owner) or your representative (your staff/employee), the work will begin.

That may sounds complicated but it’s not. It actually could hardly be simpler. Your dedicated support professional will guide you through it all.

When are costs incurred?

In most situations, billing for completed work is submitted to you within 30 days of completion. Payment may be remitted via check or, when requested, our online portal.

In other situations when the work will be completed over more than 30 days, partial billing may be submitted. That will be detailed on your project SOW (statement of work).
